Built around 1950

This is the third of the "flat top" development in Llanerch. It was probably built around 1950, along with 3 and 5 East Park Road. However, it seems like this home, along with 5 East Park Road, both had homes occupying it prior, as it is present in records prior to the 1950s.

In the 1961 Franklin Survey Co Map of Havertown, the home is listed as one of the 3 "Park Court Apartments".
